Warranty Coverage:
New and Used Devices: We offer a 1-year warranty for all new and used phones and tablets. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery.
Warranty Conditions:
- IMEI/SN Identification:The device's IMEI/SN must be identifiable.
- No Physical Damage:The warranty does not cover any physical damage (e.g., cracks, bends).
- No Liquid Damage:Devices with liquid damage are excluded from the warranty.
- Unauthorized Repairs:Devices that have undergone unauthorized repairs will not be covered.
- Proof of Purchase:A valid purchase record from our company must be presented when claiming the warranty.
Reporting Physical Damage:
Any physical damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. The warranty will be void if this condition is not met.
Faulty Item Resolution:
In case of a faulty device covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Full Refund:
If the device cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability or other reasons, we will issue a full refund.
Return Procedure:
- Returns must be reported to us before sending the devices back.
- Contact us with the IMEI of the device and a detailed description of the issue.
- Ensure any iCloud/Apple or Google account is removed and the device is reset to factory settings before returning.
- Include your name on the return shipment for efficient processing.
